This page explains, in plain language, how our membership works: what you pay, when, what is included, and how to cancel. It complements our Terms of Service.
A 48-hour trial at the price of your letter
The membership starts with a 48-hour trial period. You only pay the unit price of the letter you send: $2.19 for a First-Class letter, $7.95 for Certified Mail, $10.95 for Certified Mail with Electronic Return Receipt, or $16.95 for Priority Mail. This amount, clearly displayed before payment, covers printing, enveloping, USPS postage and fees, and handoff to USPS.
After the trial: $49.00 per month
If you do not cancel during the 48-hour trial, the membership continues automatically at $49.00 per month. This transition is stated before payment. You can avoid it at any time during the trial by canceling from your account: you then pay nothing beyond your letter.
What is included every month
Each month of membership includes 10 letters, any sending type: First-Class, Certified Mail with or without Electronic Return Receipt, Priority Mail, or Certified Priority Mail. Every letter counts as 1 against the same monthly quota.
The included letters start with your first monthly billing at $49.00. During the 48-hour trial, the trial letter is the one you paid at checkout; any additional letter is charged at the member price shown before payment.
The quota renews at the start of each monthly period. Unused letters do not roll over to the next month and are not refunded: we would rather tell you clearly than hide it in fine print.
No commitment, cancel online
The membership has no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, directly from the cancel my subscription page. No phone call or letter is required.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: no further monthly charge is made, and you keep your included letters until that date.
Your proofs after cancellation
Your proofs of mailing, tracking history, and Electronic Return Receipts stay accessible in your account even after your cancellation takes effect. We store them for 3 years: these documents have evidentiary value, and you can download them at any time.
