Your pricing questions
Two quick answers before you start.
How does the membership work and how do I cancel?
There is no commitment. You try the service with your first letter, paid at its all-in price, then the membership renews automatically at $49 per month with 10 letters included each month (any sending type, Certified Mail with Electronic Return Receipt included). You can cancel anytime, in two clicks from your account, with no reason or fees required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
As long as your letter has not gone to print, you can cancel it free of charge from your account. If your letter is not mailed for any reason, you receive a full refund. Once the letter is printed and handed to USPS, the service has been performed.
