Priority Mail letter with USPS tracking

Send a Priority Mail letter

$16.95 all-in: printing, envelope, and USPS postage included

When a letter needs to move fast and you want to watch it travel, USPS Priority Mail is the answer. Your document ships with a tracking number and typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days anywhere in the United States.

We handle letters, not packages: your document is printed, sealed in an envelope, and handed to USPS as Priority Mail, all from your browser. The full price is $16.95, printing and postage included.

Priority Mail includes tracking but no signature at delivery. If you need proof that the recipient actually received the letter, choose Certified Priority Mail, which combines the same speed with the Electronic Return Receipt.

When to use it

  • Time-sensitive documents

Contracts, offers, or paperwork that should arrive this week, not next.

  • Documents the recipient is waiting on

Share the USPS tracking number so they can see exactly when it lands.

  • Cross-country mail

Priority Mail keeps the same 2 to 4 business day estimate coast to coast.

  • Important, but no signature needed

Visibility on the journey without asking the recipient to sign.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Priority Mail letters.

Does Priority Mail include a signature at delivery?

No. Priority Mail gives you a tracking number and delivery scans, but no signature. For a signed proof of receipt, choose Certified Mail or Certified Priority Mail, both include the Electronic Return Receipt.

Can I send a package by Priority Mail?

No. We print and mail letters and documents only, up to 20 pages per envelope depending on the sending type (longer documents are sent as up to 3 separate letters). For boxes or goods, use USPS directly or a shipping service.

How fast is Priority Mail compared to First-Class?

USPS typically delivers Priority Mail in 2 to 4 business days versus 3 to 10 for First-Class Mail, and Priority includes a tracking number, which First-Class does not.
